Hillsboro, OR - Celtic festival fun

I hadn't planned on attending the Celtic Fantasy Faire happening recently in Hillsboro, OR, but when I heard there would be a pop-up labyrinth, I squeezed in a stop. I arrived just as it was being constructed and was able to easily walk it along with many others, mostly a younger crowd though. The fair at Shute Park was refreshing too - plenty of costumes, sights, sounds and more - all with the Celtic or Renaissance theme. I had heard that 400 people walked last year's festival labyrinth and I imagine that at least as many checked this one out.
