At St. Hilda's Episcopal Church in Monmouth, Oregon, just outside of Salem, is one of the more unusual labyrinth designs I've seen. There are two interlocking circles with the common fish shape in the middle. It stretches on brick pavers across a narrow strip of land behind the church's parking lot. I talked to the person who was behind the installation a few years ago and she suggested that I look at the bricks individually. Several have names engraved, because the space also functions as a columbarium. There was something even more sacred and meditative about walking the pattern when I knew that.
