One of the small-town gems of southern Rhode Island has to be Narragansett. With its beaches, shops, restaurants and people, it's an easy place to visit and explore. My destination was by the sea, sort of. Just a few blocks away from the Atlantic Ocean is St. Peter's by-the-Sea Episcopal Church. It's a well-manicured church and dates back nearly 150 years. It is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The small labyrinth is tucked into a corner of the church but visible from the street and easy to find and walk.
